You are invited to attend the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Van
Buren Conservation District on February 19, 2007

We will be having an open house and pot-luck dinner at the
Conservation District office from 6-8pm.

Come have some dinner and a chat with Conservation District board
members and staff and check out our new office space and see what
we have been up to in 2007!

Feel free to bring a dish to pass, but it is certainly not required!!

The Conservation District Election is an important part of the Annual
Meeting. There are 2 seats up for election to the Conservation District
board of directors. Voting will be open from 6-8pm. Votes will be
counted promptly at 8:00.

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting on February 19th and
wish to take part in the 2008 election by voting, you may request an
absentee ballot packet by submitting the form below, or by calling the
Conservation District office at (269)657-4030 ext. 5. You must be a
resident of Van Buren County and at least 18 years of age to vote in
this election.
