Tree Sale 2022 Stock Update

We are excited to see how enthusiastically residents are gearing up for planting season by buying beautiful native seedlings through our tree sale! Because supplies are going fast, we have a stock level update. We are out-of-stock for the following tree species: Balsam Fir, Red Maple, Burr Oak, Chinkapin Oak, White Oak, Paper Birch, Alleghany Serviceberry, American Elderberry, American Plum, Pawpaw, Red Osier Dogwood, Ninebark, Spicebush, and Highbush Cranberry. Notice of Meeting Relocation: February 2022

Notice of Regular Meeting Location Change To all residents and landowners of Van Buren County, notice is hereby given that the Van Buren Conservation District’s regularly scheduled February 23, 2022 board meeting has been relocated. The Van Buren Conservation District is excited to announce that we are once again hosting a virtual Backyard Symposium! The series is called “Building a Better Backyard: Bringing Your Yard to Life.” This is an online speaker series hosted on Zoom in which folks have been invited to talk about a host of topics that connect people with the wildlife and environment around us.
