Conservation Technical Assistance Initiative
The Conservation Technical Assistance Initiative (CTAI) was developed from the Michigan Groundwater Stewardship Program as a way to assist Conservation Districts in their efforts to help Michigan citizens better understand, manage, protect, and utilize their natural resources.
The CTAI Specialist works along side the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Van Buren County to provide private landowners with information and technical assistance to implement conservation practices funded through the 2002 Federal Farm Bill Programs.
