Tree Seedling Order Form 2019

The earlier you pre-order the safer you are to secure your selection of tree seedlings. Pre-Orders are due by the end of the day Friday, April 12. Any seedlings not sold for pre-orders will be available for sale Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 18-20 at the two sale locations (Paw Paw and South Haven).

Drop of completed order form and payment off at the office
