The Paw Paw River Watershed encompasses approximately 445 square miles in Berrien, Kalamazoo, and Van Buren Counties.  Towns along the river include Paw Paw, Lawrence, Hartford, Watervliet, Coloma, and Benton Harbor.  The river converges with the St. Joseph River, shortly before entering Lake Michigan in Benton Harbor/ St. Joseph
