VBCD Collection Events

Important information

  • Van Buren Conservation District (VBCD) events and services are open to all Van Buren County residents and landowners. Businesses are restricted to only Large Tire Collections.
  • Bring an ID with your Van Buren address OR a piece of mail with your Van Buren address and have it ready for check-in
  • Attendees must remain in their vehicles during events
  • Staff will approach the driver’s window to check ID/mail, give direction, verify appointment, and take information
  •  For tires:
  1. ❗Register to recycle tires at Recycle Roundup and Passenger & Semi and Electronic collection events at least two business days in advance by calling or filling out this form ❗
  2. ❗Register for Large Tire Collection by calling or filling out this form at least two business days in advance❗
  3. After registration, a second form will be sent out closer to event
  4.  Tires both on- and off-rim are accepted
  5. Ten (10) tires per household are guaranteed per event
