Van Buren State Trail State Clean Up: Calling Volunteers!

Come volunteer with the Van Buren Conservation District and the Friends of the Kal-Haven Trail for the Van Buren State Trail Clean Up! This community clean up event will collect trash along the Van Buren State Trail on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM. We will meet where the Van Buren State Trail crosses M-140 Hwy in Covert (near 32605 M-140, Covert, MI 49043).

The Van Buren State Trail is a treasure of Van Buren County. This scenic trail runs 14 miles from South Haven to Hartford with views of open farmland, blueberry and cranberry fields, dense brush, and wooded areas. Help keep this beautiful trail clean by coming to this event!

Registration is encouraged to ensure you are up-to-date on event information. For more information, contact Outreach Coordinator Jacob Diljak at 269-633-9052 or email Outreach@VanBurenCD.org. To learn more follow this link!
